Rick Fenwick Jr., PhD has consulted with and delivered training for multiple unionized manufacturing organizations for the past 21 years.  He has worked with customer service organizations and specializes in customized training and team implementation. Rick is certified in Negotiation Training by Harvard Law School and has earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Rick is a Full-Time Instructor at Columbia Southern University and delivers courses in multiple Learning Management Systems. Rick specializes in online training, customized training delivery, and academic course development. In addition to teaching at Columbia Southern University, he teaches at Bowling Green State University, Schoolcraft College, Macomb Community College, and serves as the head coach for the NCRHA National Championship Runner-Up Henry Ford College Hockey team.
