Will I be charged sales tax when I place my order?

What is the return policy?

Returns and refunds on digital offerings, including electronic codes and software, are limited to those that have not been activated or used and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Print product - If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it in good condition within 30 days along with your order confirmation and a refund or credit card credit will be processed upon receipt. Can I photocopy, reprint or republish KH material?

To request permissions to photocopy, reprint or republish any KH material or for Disability/ADA purposes, please submit the request in writing either via email at permissions@kendallhunt.com or fax to 563-589-1038. Please include the following information: author, title, ISBN, page numbers, disability or ADA school where material will be used, and the file formats requested. If you need to check on the status of a request you have submitted, please call 563-589-7017.

Where do I go to access the online course material included with my textbook?

How do I receive the website access that comes with the print book?

The access code is not delivered electronically. It is printed in the physical textbook that is shipped to you.

What can I do if my access code provided with my printed book is invalid?

If the book is new, please contact Customer Service. If the book is used, you will need to purchase a new book or access code.

Are access codes sold separately?

Some access codes are sold separately. Please visit www.grtep.com to see if one is available. Please contact Customer Service if you need further assistance.

What if my eBook is no longer available on my Bookshelf?

Your book may have expired. Our eBooks expire 180 days from the activation date.

What is the return policy for digitally delivered products?

How do I receive access for the eBook I purchased?

You will receive immediate access once you purchase. You will receive two emails. The first email is your receipt and the second email contains your login instructions. What are the International Shipping options?

Traceable shipping via DHL, UPS Worldwide and FedEx International are available for shipping to International locations, including U.S. territories. Rush shipping is not available to international locations. All shipments to international locations will be subject to customs duties and taxes. Charges from Kendall Hunt will only be for the cost of the merchandise plus shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the prevailing rates of delivery to your destination.

Shipping & Returns

What is the return policy

How long does shipping take for printed products?

We fulfill most orders within 48 hours of entry into our automated order processing system. Orders are not shipped on weekends or on holidays. Shipping times vary based upon the shipping method chosen. For all orders, please supply a valid street address. Many shippers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If shipping instructions are not provided we will determine the most appropriate method and ship accordingly. Please include the telephone number and name of the person to be contacted for delivery instructions.

Is free shipping available?

If purchasing an eBook version of a product, there are no shipping charges. If purchasing a printed book, shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and destination as determined by the carrier and ship method you choose.

Is rush shipping available?

We offer shipping services using FedEx, UPS and U.S. Postal Service. Exact shipping times will vary based on ship-to location. During check-out you will see the available shipping methods. Rush shipping is not available if shipping to a P.O. Box or International location. Please be aware that 1 or 2 day service will ship on the first business day following the processing of your order assuming product is available.

Where do I find tracking information for my purchase?

During the check-out process if you created an account or were logged into your existing account you can view your order information, including tracking numbers by going to your Dashboard.

Where do I send the product for a return?

All returned product must be carefully packaged and arrive in resalable condition. Kendall Hunt is not responsible for any return shipping charges including duties, custom fees, and taxes where applicable. How long will it take to receive a credit for my return?
