Joseph Comeau, PhD holds a M.Ed. in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of North Texas. He is currently an Associate Professor of Sociology with Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW), in Americus, Georgia. Dr. Comeau has been a contributing author for Social Problems: A Case Study Approach since its second edition.
