Julianne (Jules) Kilson is a licensed professional counselor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, and will graduate with her PsyD in Clinical Psychology in 2027. Jules has worked as a counselor in community mental health, inpatient and outpatient hospitalization units with children, adolescents, and adults, and in private practice. Jules has presented on trauma in Uganda, and done work with graduate students in counseling programs in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia as well. 

          Jules and her husband Steve have four kids and 11 grandchildren. They live on a small acreage outside of Kansas City with their two dogs, Tuck and Winnie the Pooch. Jules loves kayaking and camping, as well as baking, reading, and traveling, but mostly spending time with her family.  Jules does something new every year to remind herself what it's like to be a beginner at something.
