Nicole McCallum is a sessional lecturer at the University of Guelph, co- founder and  co- director of Green Rocket (www.greenrocket.ca). Nicole became hooked on the potential of information and the systems that manage it in 2008 while working in the digital media scene in Amsterdam, and has never looked back. A SSHRC scholar, she studied information from a behavioural economics perspective, researching how information and information technology could cre
ate incentives for collaboration within community projects. Nowadays, she keeps up with her passion through teaching 
and as a social entrepreneur. Currently on a big data 1 community initiative, she eats, breathes, and lives information mangement daily.
