Kathryn Quigley is an associate professor of journalism at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, and a freelance writer. A native of Philadelphia, she began her journalism career as a correspondent for <em>The Philadelphia Inquirer</em>. Quigley was a staff writer at the <em>Orlando Sentinel</em>, the <em>Palm Beach Post</em> and <em>Daytona Beach News-Journal</em> newspapers in Florida and the <em>Fayetteville Observer</em> in North Carolina.<br /><br />She graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Communications and from the University of Maryland College Park with an M.A. in Journalism.
