Dr. Whitney Whitaker is an associate professor and department chair of psychology at Fort Hays State University. She received her BA from Baylor University in Waco, TX and her MS and Ph.D from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS. Dr. Whitaker teaches introductory psychology, personality, statistics, and experimental methods; however, her favorite course to teach is social psychology! When she is not teaching, Dr. Whitaker enjoys mentoring students in research, and spending time with her husband, Brett, and their adorable schnauzer, Bentley.
