Workbook Usage Terms
  1. Workbooks are to be utilized solely by the purchaser (see accompanying terms for Institutional purchasers, below).
  2. Workbook purchasers shall not modify the Workbooks in any manner.
  3. Workbooks shall not be sold commercially by purchasers, and their availability shall not be advertised in any manner.
  4. With the exception of the front or back cover of each Workbook, Workbook purchasers may not utilize the name “Berklee” or “Berklee College of Music” in any form or utilize any symbol or logo or graphic utilized by or associated with Berklee/Berklee College of Music.
  5. Compliance with these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws, and in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Purchasers consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction, and waive any objections to the venue, of such courts.
Accompanying terms for Institutional workbook purchasers:
  1. Berklee grants Institutional purchasers the non-exclusive right to distribute, print and sell copies of the Workbooks in the English language in print form only (or via online access keys), solely for use by their students, subject to the terms and conditions set herein. All rights not specifically granted to Institutional purchasers within these terms and conditions are reserved to Berklee.
  2. Institutional purchasers shall ensure that the Workbooks are sold only to students enrolled at their school.
  3. Workbooks offered to students of Institutional purchasers shall be exact duplicates of the Workbooks as supplied/offered by Berklee.
  4. Berklee reserves the right to terminate Institutional usage rights for workbooks that are no longer utilized by Berklee, or that have been replaced in the curriculum by alternative publications.
