As we return to the “new normal,” many of us, especially academics, are finding ourselves reviewing our life goals, responsibilities, and most profoundly, what work-life balance requires after a pandemic.

Without question, it takes something to have a vision and take the right actions to become the success you want to be, both personally and professionally, especially now.

If you’re ready to design and kick-off your post-pandemic career, unpack your multiple life roles, reconsider (and renegotiate!) service expectations, need a mentor or want to be one, are still figuring out the age-old family vs. work balance, or are panicked about how far behind you are with publications, this is the session for you!

Join us for an insightful, thought-provoking workshop to kick off your academic year. You’ll not only design your next career move, but ensure its success.

Handel Group® has helped thousands of people articulate their vision for their careers in a way that inspires, busts their own excuses and negative theories, and gives them the tools they need to get into the right action to create the career of their dreams.

In this session you’ll learn how to:
• (Re)-articulate your career dream
• Uncover what you really want & re-design (for YOU)
• Bust your own excuses
• Identify self-sabotaging inner dialogue
• Create an action plan that is a match with your new dream!
