Dr. Megan Callahan Sherman has been a practicing Social Worker for twenty years. She received her MSW and Ph.D. in Social Work Practice from Fordham University. She also holds a Post Master’s Certificate in Education Leadership. Dr. Sherman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified School Social Worker, Certified Public-School Supervisor and Certified Clinical Social Work Supervisor. Dr. Sherman served as Director of Special Services at a public high school in New Jersey for 12 years. In that capacity, Dr.

Josh Frahm is the Senior Associate Director of Student Employment Programs at the Pomerantz Career Center at the University of Iowa and is the developor of the Student to Employed Professional (STEP) program on the University of Iowa campus.

Josh has worked in higher education since 2005 as an administrator, project manager, associate director, career coach/advisor, and as an online and in-classroom professor with a focus on professional development of students. 

Dr. James Kirby Easterling worked in progressive supply chain leadership and executive roles with multinational companies for over 20 years, including long-term international assignments in both Japan and Singapore with Corning Incorporated, before transitioning into academia in 2014, where he led the establishment of the Global Supply Chain Management program at Eastern Kentucky University.
