Patrice K. Johnson is an educator and textbook author. She is a full-time faculty member at Eastfield College in Mesquite, TX, where she teaches developmental writing. She has also taught education courses. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Missouri and a master’s degree in education from Texas A&M-Commerce. She is the co-chair for the English/Writing/ESL Special Interest Network for the National Association for Developmental Education.
