David Lynx

David Lynx, M.L.S., is an instructor at Yakima Valley College where he has been teaching since 1996. Lynx currently teaches Asian Art History, Art Appreciation, and Art of Yoga. He also serves as director of the Larson Gallery on campus.  He received his B.A. in theatre from the University of Washington, an M.L.S. in museology from the University of Oklahoma, and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University.  Lynx received his Vedic Master certification from Chopra Center University where he is certified in the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Perfect Health, and Primordial Sound Meditation.  He currently is a 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance and is completing his 500hr through Yogafit.  David teaches yoga regularly at the Yoga Collective of Yakima, a non-profit organization.
