Biomedical Ethics: A Biblical Perspective was specifically written to fill a niche need--to address both research and biomedical quandaries, but with the emphasis on medical issues, and from a Biblical perspective. This is an eBook, which allows students portability and affordability. It attempts to consider the scope of modern dilemmas ranging from the standard proverbial “hot potato issues” such as homosexuality, abortion, and socialized medicine to more current issues of transgenderism, microaggressions and inequality of access, to name just a few. Each chapter attempts to present some of the current secular ethical viewpoints and to measure these against Scriptural precepts.
This book can also serve as a workbook/discussion guide as each chapter includes case studies for discussion, as well as provocative questions.
