Wanda serves as lead facilitator of the PACT (Personal Accountability Changing Tomorrows) program at Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN), helping individuals address violent and controlling behaviors through structured, evidence-based interventions.
Wanda's frontline experience also includes advocacy and crisis response. She worked as an advocate and responder for a Rape Crisis Center, supporting survivors with compassion and care. In addition, she served with the Volunteers in Policing program with the San Antonio Police Department, fostering community safety and engagement.
