Communicating for Productive and Fulfilling Relationships takes a different approach within the communication domain. In order to engage in a successful relationship, an individual must be aware of the various angles and perspectives in which to effectively communicate. This book tackles the situation at both ends of the spectrum, verbal and nonverbal communication. It allows the reader to learn, at their own pace, how to manage their conflict and communication skills in small groups, new relationships, old relationships, and even takes it inside company walls to improve communication skills on the job.
