Dr. Emily Kate Reeves is an Associate Professor in the Curriculum and Learning Department of the West College of Education and the Chair of Human Subject and Review Committee (IRB). She has a BSIS in Interdisciplinary studies, an MA in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Reeves teaches Content Reading and English Language Arts and Reading Methods to pre-service teachers and Applied Research for the graduate program. Her research interests include literacy, culturally responsive development, and both in-service and preservice teacher education.
