Elyanah and the Test

Elyanah was a bright little girl with a big imagination, but when it came to school, things didn’t always go so well. Her test scores were low, and no matter how hard she tried, she just couldn’t seem to keep up with the rest of her class. Sometimes, she’d feel frustrated and wonder if she just wasn’t smart enough.

But one day, Elyanah’s mom sat down with her at the kitchen table and said, “Let’s try something new –together.” From that day on, they made a plan. Every afternoon after school, Ely and her mom would study together. They turned spelling into games, practiced math with fun challenges, and read exciting stories that made learning fun.
