Ethics by the Book was written with the Jr/Community college student in mind. It is written in a conversation form and hopefully will spur the first year Philosophy student to a desire to learn more about Philosophy and specifically Ethics.
The book is written as a short synopsis of key ethical issues of the twentieth century that affects the lives of college students and has an overview of philosophical issues necessary for understanding of ethical issues. It is designed as a research tool to open public discussions as well as personal life choices. The book is also designed for a discussion starter in college classes so that the instructor can add his or her personal lecture to the material.
