In today’s fast-changing business environment, mastering financial management is no longer optional — it’s a competitive necessity. This comprehensive guide empowers readers with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to make informed financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. Written in a clear and engaging style, this book bridges the gap between financial theory and real-world application, making it ideal for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers alike. It covers essential topics such as:

  • Foundations of Financial Management and Planning – Understanding balance sheets, income statements, crafting budgets, forecasting revenue, and managing working capital effectively.
  • Investment Decisions – Evaluating projects, calculating returns, and managing risk using modern financial tools.
  • Financing & Capital Structure – Navigating equity, debt, and hybrid instruments for optimal funding.

What makes this book unique in the market is its dual focus on academic rigor and industry relevance. It distills complex topics like tax implications in capital projects, opportunity cost, and NPV/IRR analysis into accessible, scenario-based learning, speaking directly to hospitality managers, students, and professionals.

The book also features real-life case studies, practical examples with BAII+ and Excel demonstrations, and step-by-step decision-making solutions and frameworks to ensure readers can immediately apply what they learn.
