This book will show you how pain, often seen only as suffering, can become a powerful teacher and a pathway to growth. Through each chapter, you'll be guided from understanding and naming your pain, to recognizing how it lives in the body, and then into the deeper work of embracing vulnerability, shifting perspectives, and letting go. As the journey unfolds, you'll discover how healing naturally opens the door to pleasure, joy, and fulfillment. By the end, you’ll not only have tools for navigating life's struggles, you'll hold a map toward living with greater wholeness, resilience, and aliveness.
