Dr. Joyce Bowling is an Associate Professor of Education at the University of the Cumberland’s. She is a retired teacher, and an author of academic writing, children's literature, and poetry. She resides in the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky with her family where she enjoys reading, writing, gardening, and spending time with her family and church family.
