Clara, her 32-year-old “baby” sister, rubbed her 7-month pregnant belly as she sat up in her chair and picked up Lucy’s phone and glanced at the newspaper article with the photo of Nebraska State Senator Machaela Cavenaugh breastfeeding her son on the floor of the legislature.
