Dr. Pamela Morrison obtained her undergraduate and master’s degree at the University of Delaware where she also taught as an associate professor of communication. She completed her thesis for her doctorate working with a professor associated with Stanford University. Her topic focused on the nonverbal implications associated with using the computer to communicate effectively with others when building trust and one’s credibility. Her expertise is in the application of strategies to communicate in a way that a successful relationship can be achieved. Currently, Dr. Morrison is performing the role of a consultant in assisting leaders to design collaborative decision-making strategies for building consensus. Dr. Morrison also has designed training programs to assist executives to make effective oral presentations for mobilizing others to follow their lead.
