This text explores the foundations and applications of human biology through an integrated study of major body systems and cellular processes. Topics include endocrinology, cardiovascular physiology, circulation, blood and coagulation, body fluids and electrolytes, renal function, acid-base balance, respiratory physiology, cell biology, immunology, genetics and genomics, and cancer biology. The course emphasizes how biological systems interact to maintain health and influence disease.
