Introduction to Criminal Law and Procedure

INTRODUCTION TO CRIMINAL LAW AND PROCEDURE provides students with the basic tenets of criminal law and procedure. 

The textbook is designed to provide and “essentials” examination of how substantive criminal law is developed and applied in the United States. 

Students will examine basic legal theories, constitutional reasoning for such theories, and criminal procedures through use of real-world examples and cases.
