Feldman
David M. Feldman, Ph.D. is an associate professor of psychology and the Coordinator of the Clinical Forensic Psychology Concentration at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Feldman has been employed in correctional, forensic inpatient, and civil commitment facilities. He has testified as an expert in forensic psychology in state and federal cases and consulted with attorney’s offices and courts. Dr. Feldman has also presented training classes to numerous law enforcement agencies on interactions with the Deaf community and Deaf suspects. Dr. Feldman has presented at professional organizations such as the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, and the American Psychology and Law Society. He has published in the Encyclopedia of Corrections, the Journal of the American Deafness and Rehabilitation Association (where he served as senior editor), and the American Annals of the Deaf.
