Highly sought after recruits are invited to a fun-filled recruitment weekend at the University of Big State. Events such as exotic dancers, alcohol, and selected girls are lined up to satisfy these athletes. This case study explores the consequences of such weekends with potentially problematic outcomes in relation to organizational values, perspectives, and language in common practices.
