Shannon O'Bryan

Shannon O'Bryan was born in the Pacific Northwest and went to college in Oklahoma, Pittsburgh, and Tennessee.  He has a deep love for his wife and three children.  Mr. O’Bryan earned his B.A. in History/Pre-Law from Oklahoma Christian University and an M.A. in History from the University of Central Oklahoma.  He has spent time learning law, history and foreign languages in Oklahoma, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and through grants and traveling around the World. He spent time working on a PhD at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  He has taught at the college level since 2000 and published books, numerous articles and book reviews.  He has won a number of awards and honors for teaching and several for writing in his field of study.  The last ten years he has immersed himself in the study of leadership, which led to a deep love for teaching that discipline in a modified socratic method.
