This book is personal, intimate, and transformational. In Love and Other Expressions of the Self, Jane opens a very personal, long-closed, long-hidden door – the door behind which the story of early childhood incest was kept - CLOSED. That is, until she felt the call of Divine Love to work with her, to go into the dark, painful, closed places – and by bringing them to the Light, she experienced healing, transformation, and liberation.

Jane’s poems are expressions of her journey to God, Love & the Self. The lifelong impact of early trauma now loosening its grip, she gives Voice to the possibility of New Life and Love. While Dr. Jane’s story is a personal story, she feels it no longer belongs to her, it belongs to humanity.  May it be a blessing.

Jane Ellen Newell Ph.D.

Where are we going?  https://www.directtetbook.com/isbn/9781524983598
