Roosevelt Barfield
Dr. Roosevelt Barfield is an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, School of Business. He received a Doctor of Business Administration in 2016 with a concentration in Leadership. He closed out his 32-year Army career as a highly decorated Brigadier General and combat veteran. Professor Barfield has over 40 years of leadership, training, education, and management experience teaching military, government, congressional, and civilian personnel. In addition, he is a Senior Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management.
