The book introduces three interconnected frameworks—COMPASS for environmental analysis, the Geopolitical Strategy Matrix (GSM) for strategic choice, and the Geopolitical Strategy Implementation Framework (GSIF) for implementation—and demonstrates their application through a case study of the fictional Republic of Astoria. The book also includes comparative analysis across real-world cases and forward-looking analysis of emerging challenges,

Designed for both academic and professional audiences, the book provides systematic methodologies transforming geopolitical strategy from intuitive art to disciplined science, enabling governments, international organizations, corporations, and research institutions to navigate the uncertain strategic environment of the 21st century with rigor, adaptability, and excellence.
