Most social problems textbooks present problems solely from the conflict theorist approach.
Matters of the Dark provides a more balanced approach to understanding and offering learned advice on social problems. In addition to providing students with the “What is it?” and “Who did it?” aspects surrounding social problems, the publication provides clear, scientifically-sound, biblically evident perspective on how to solve the social problems discussed.
Of course, most social problems cannot be solved quickly, but this book provides at least some insights toward a remedy. Speaking of which, I have also included contributions from experts in various capacities in society—deans, chairs, and directors but also missionaries, retirees, and graduate business majors.
