Mechanics of Solids is a combination of undergraduate and graduate material carefully crafted and designed to merge in each chapter to clearly and thoroughly present the theory and support the application of essential solid mechanics principles. Dr. Arshad's concise writing style and countless examples combined with teaching mechanics of solids for many years — help students visualize and master difficult concepts. This book introduces and addresses a broad range of topics in Mechanics of Solids, related applications, and practical problems from everyday life that would arouse your interest in the field of Solid Mechanics. This book combines and presents Solid Mechanics concepts in concise and an easy-to-understand manner. The book presents related solved problems with logical steps to make it easier for the students to grasp the understanding of problem solving.

This textbook uses pedagogical methodologies to provide the necessary concepts in an easy to learn manner with solved problems including a breakdown structure for student learning and success.
