Motor Skill Behavior Lab Manual provides a tool for instructors and students to engage in practical, research-based experiences, to dive deeper into the many concepts covered in motor skill behavior. The lab manual includes a total of 10 labs covering a variety of topics within motor skill behavior, such as reaction time, sensory control of balance and the speed/accuracy trade off. Instructors can select the labs that are relevant for their particular set of students, major, curriculum and equipment availability to provide a set of tailored lab experiences for their needs. Each lab comes with an associated grading rubric that outlines the requirements at four separate performance levels. It is encouraged that instructors include one final lab in their courses where student groups can choose one additional lab from the list to conduct themselves from start to finish.
