Sarah Keramati, Ph.D., is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Coach, and Intuitive Teacher devoted to a body-centered and integrative path of healing. With advanced study in psychology, spirituality, and human development, she guides individuals and couples through trauma, addiction, and relational challenges, helping them return to their inner wisdom and wholeness. Drawing from somatic and depth psychology, spiritual traditions, and the archetype of the Wounded Healer, her work restores safety, aliveness, and authenticity. This book is her gift of love and devotion-may its words remind you of your strength, beauty, and belonging, and bless your path with courage and light.
My Arrival into Wholeness: Poems of Healing is a journey of the soul told through the language of poetry-where pain and beauty, loss and love, contraction and expansion are all welcomed as part of the human path. These poems emerge from the author's own lived experience of trauma and transformation, carrying the echoes of body, heart, and spirit in dialogue. Each page invites the reader to pause, breathe, and listen inwardly, offering a mirror for one's own hidden longings, griefs, and awakenings. Woven with threads of body-centered wisdom, spiritual insight, and archetypal imagery, this collection is more than poetry-it is a companion for anyone seeking to move from fragmentation toward wholeness, from silence into voice, and from survival into aliveness.
