A Phronetic Approach to Program Evaluation for the Non-Profit Sector is a brief and practical resource that smaller non-profit organizations (or units within larger organizations) can use to evaluate their programs. The book outlines the program evaluation process, from why organizations should conduct evaluations and what can be explored to who should be involved. The contents also guide non-profit organizations on how to interpret the findings and use that knowledge to inform future action.
