Christian G. J. Roettger is an assistant teaching professor of mathematics at Iowa State University. He earned a Diplom from the University of Augsburg in 1996 and a Ph.D. from the University of East Anglia in 2000. His academic interests include asymptotic counting problems, discrete dynamical systems, uniform distribution and exponential sums, Diophantine approximation, representations of finite groups, and finite fields and Galois rings.
