André M. Skaff, P.Eng., is a long-serving lecturer and graphics/survey coordinator in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ottawa, where he has taught for more than four decades. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut, graduating in 1967.
After graduation, Skaff worked as a construction engineer on major industrial projects in Libya and Saudi Arabia, including a gas project, a large indoor powerhouse, water intake structures, and a power generation and desalination plant. In 1973, he established his own engineering and contracting office in Beirut, Lebanon.
