Psyched is an online textbook for students taking an Introduction to Psychology course at the college level. Each chapter begins with “Student Learning Objectives” followed by a short summary of the main topics that will be covered and ends with definitions of all the key terms covered in the chapter. Unique to this book is the integration of popular culture examples within the text, a focus on application of materials, and links to “Psyched with Setmire”; a YouTube channel featuring lecture presentation videos created by the author that coordinate with the chapter content. In addition to the textbook chapters, there are also additional resources available to students such as the PowerPoint lecture slides used in class for each chapter, test yourself review opportunities, and supplemental handouts including in-class activities and warm-ups.

Self-Care is a practical guide to understanding the importance of self-care and mindfulness and how to implement those practices into your life. Through various reflection exercises, inventories, and photographic examples with descriptions, #Self-Care: A Guide to Self-Care and Mindfulness will help you to determine what areas of self-care and mindfulness you would like to incorporate into your life and then help you to create a plan to start on your wellness journey.
