Ismael Perez is a philosopher, author, and educator known for combining academic expertise in communications and philosophy with interests in metaphysical and esoteric thought. He holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina, where he specialized in the philosophy of biology, memetics, metaphysics, and German idealism, as well as a Master of Arts in Communications and Philosophy from the University of West Florida.
Perez has more than 17 years of teaching experience, primarily at Florence-Darlington Technical College in South Carolina, where he serves as an instructor in Communications and Philosophy and as the Director of the Forensics Speech and Debate Team. His teaching areas include public speaking, social engineering, persuasion, argumentation, and debate, along with philosophy courses focusing on metaphysics, German idealism, memetics, and the philosophy of biology. In addition to his work as an educator, Perez has written extensively on philosophy, consciousness, and the intersection of communication, human thought, and spirituality.
