This is the 5th edition of Quick Stats which is a primer or "survival guide" for students and clinicians trying to learn the basics of medical literature evaluation. This edition still focuses on providing bulleted information for easier understanding of this complex subject. Changes since the last edition include more spacing for note-taking, clearer, more simplistic language and definitions, more examples and study questions, and expanded sections concerning multiple analyses, bonferroni correction, superiority vs non-inferiority and equivalence trials, modified intention to treat analysis, p for interaction, and propensity score matching.
