This text uses case studies, simulations, and serious games to explore the connections between law, business, ethics, and social responsibility. Students examine legal reasoning, economic and societal impacts, ethical decision-making, constitutional issues, and real-world business ethics programs through interactive scenarios and applied problem-solving activities.

For students: All the exercises are based on real-life legal practice experiences. A business law and ethics class is not law school; to the business management students who are our future business managers, executives, and entrepreneurs, real-world applicability and relevance is essential. The exercises in this text are selected for their applicability and relevance.
For instructors: All the exercises are classroom-tested and are cross-referenced to course outcomes and learning objectives. Unique to this text, the documentation supporting each exercise is “off-the-shelf” to the greatest possible extent, minimizing the burden of customization. The prepackaged materials are consistently accessible by the students and accommodate greater flexibility in their class preparations when compared to ad hoc exercises. This text is designed, above all, to enrich the students’ learning experience.
