As a consultant for the California Department of Education she worked in Compliance and was also the Multicultural Special Education Consultant for the state. She has nearly 20 years working in special education compliance. As a result, this planner was developed for those who work in this field to help them organize their caseloads and to stay in compliance with the code of federal regulation.
