Transformative Paths: A Journey to Nonviolent Living is a participant workbook designed for individuals working to change patterns of violence, control, and harm in their lives and relationships. Rooted in accountability, self-reflection, and personal growth, this workbook guides participants through ten core themes that address physical violence, emotional safety, communication, parenting, financial equality, and more. Each chapter builds a foundation for lasting change by challenging harmful beliefs and promoting healthy, respectful behaviors.
Whether used in group settings or individual counseling, Transformative Paths supports participants in exploring cultural and social influences, developing empathy, and taking responsibility for their actions. The journey concludes with a personal reflection and a control log tool to help track progress and promote continued growth.
