Weissman
Dr. Mel Weissman attended the University of Illinois, the University of Massachusetts, and received his Doctorate at Carnegie-Mellon University. He was awarded a Rotary International Grant for the purpose of teaching at the University of St. Petersburg, Russia, where he was Professor in Residence, Department of International Affairs. He has also received two Fulbright Scholar Grants and taught and lectured, on both occasions, at Mari-State University,Mari-el Republic, Russian Federation. He spent the majority of his professional career teaching at the County College of Morris in Morris County, New Jersey. Dr. Weissman currently teaches courses at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and Colorado State University, Pueblo. He and his wife Peggy live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
