Keiko Fuchioka is an accomplished consultant and Business Excellence leader. Keiko’s experience as a change leader spans over three decades across diverse industries including finance, life science and manufacturing sectors. Keiko’s purpose-driven approach has been instrumental in catalyzing positive transformations, benefiting customers, engaging employees and overall business outcomes.
Keiko holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification granted by General Electric Company. In addition, she holds certifications as a Prosci Change Management practitioner and as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) leader. Besides partnering and mentoring with business leaders on their business excellence journey, she also contributes to the development of emerging business leaders in the classroom of business school at Boston University.
