Abstract
Being a good teammate is very similar to being a good friend except that you have the convenience of time to make things work. Over a season, you go through successes and failures together and will share quite a few experiences. Those are important building blocks within relationships. As I grew as a professional, I realized that the closer that I was with my teammates, the more willing they were to help me achieve the work that I knew needed to get done. I had learned quite a few valuable lessons that, if properly relayed, could help the entire group become more successful.
