Working Toward Wellness: A Practical Workbook provides students with assessments and activities to determine their current and enhance each respective area. Each laboratory exercise stems from current evidence and is designed to require limited equipment. Activities and exercises can be completed in the classroom, in an exercise laboratory environment, or at home.

Throughout Working Toward Wellness, students will learn about all of the areas that contribute to their own personal holistic wellness.
