All walks of life can benefit from yoga as a tool to take action toward their own wellness. This book strives to offer the tools for a productive home yoga practice, and a deeper understanding of yoga methods from a universal perspective. Glenn Brown developed Lionflow Yoga as a way to help people learn gentle moves into powerful postures, and to guide students toward their full potential. This book offers a collection of home practice series created to honor the styles of yoga that inspired Glenn on his yoga journey. Each of the home practice series offered was created to work on common issues observed in over 20 years of teaching. There is something here for the beginner all the way to the advanced practitioner. Offering a way to start with something small, and to observe it grow exponentially. The intention of this book is to help students build a yoga practice foundation strong enough to reach deeper into their limitless potential with a 5-to-10-minute daily practice.
