Dr. RubyDawn Lyman is a Professor of Elementary Education and the Coordinator of the Talented and Gifted Specialization Program. She has a PhD in Learning Sciences and Human Development (Educational Psychology) with a specialization is Talented and Gifted/Twice Exceptional Learners and Teacher Education. Her passion is helping all students receive appropriate and equitable educational opportunities, regardless of circumstances. She and her husband are the parents of four gifted sons.

Candace McLain, EdD, LPC, ACS, BC-TMH, is a professor of clinical mental health counseling at Liberty University and licensed professional counselor in Michigan and Colorado. She is an approved clinical supervisor and a board-certified tele-mental health counselor. She has immense clinical and educational experiences in academic leadership, program development, curriculum and instruction and expertise in mentoring, teaching, coaching and leading counselor-educator supervisors. She also has clinical expertise in trauma-informed care with clients, counselors, and supervisors.

Locklair, Joshua

Joshua Locklair is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW). He holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from CUW and a Ph.D. in the same from Capella University. He teaches a wide variety of topics (from foundations of computer science to operating systems), although his primary interests are machine learning and user experience. His love of learning and computer science were inspired by his father, who has taught at CUW for nearly 40 years, and his mother, who homeschooled him and his four siblings through high school.

Dr. Charles I. Abramson is a Regents Professor of Psychology and Lawrence L. Boger Professor of International Studies (Emeritus) and the founder of the Laboratory of Comparative Psychology and Behavioral Biology. He earned his PhD in Experimental-Physiological Psychology at Boston University in 1986. He joined the faculty of Oklahoma State University in 1993 and holds adjunct appointments in the Department of Integrative Biology and the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology.

Megan Morgan Hoffman earned her B.A. in biology from Dartmouth College in 1983 and her Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (neural science) from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990.
